Played 10 Won 2 Drawn 6 Lost 2….
The best piece of batting was Jefferies’ 54 out of a total of 93 in the Past v Present match…..
Moore and Burke have proved an excellent fast opening attack……Burke’s 6-9 against Mr E J Wright’s XI was a superb piece of sustained fast bowling, as was Moore’s 6-16 against Salesian.
I preserved the school cricket Score book until handing over the original for the school memorabilia held within the History Faculty.
For my record, I took a camera shot of every page from 2/5/53 to 5/7/58. I can release these to this website if interested.
Also I have 1st 15 Rugby Team pics for 57/58 – 58/59 and 59/60 as well as a complete school photo taken October 1959.
